Zloty Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
begin providing railway construction services and maintenance services to KTM Berhad, Prasarana Malaysia Berhad, Rapid Rail Sdn Bhd, Railway Assets Corporation and various railway engineering companies since 1984.
We provide a broad range of services such as:
- Track (Permanent Way) project supervisory, coordination and management services.
- Track (Permanent Way) rehabilitation and maintenance.
- New track (Permanent Way) construction, including installation of turnouts, temporary track diversions.
- Supply of Track Components, Riveting and Huck Bolting.
- Railway Station, Workshop and Depot Construction.
- On-track Thermit Welding and Flash Butt Welding including de-stressing.
- Provision of Track Maintenance Teams and Track Monitoring Teams.

Director Background
Mr. Goh Tian Hey
– Technical Director
He graduated from Technical College, Kuala Lumpur (now University of Technology Malaysia - UTM) in 1966 with a Diploma in Civil Engineering after completing a three year’s Certificate in Electrical Engineering Course from Technical Institute, Kuala Lumpur. He served at KTMB as a Technical Assistant Superscale until 1992 after which KTMB recognized his expertise and experience in Civil, Track, Tunnel and Bridge design and construction and appointed him as Senior Engineer (Civil) in its Project Management Department managing its RMK 7th and 8th Double Tracking Projects, EMU Depot Sentul, Mid Valley Station and Kepong Sentral Station. Through a span of 40 years service in KTMB up to 2006, his varied experience in Railway Construction Works is beneficial to Zloty Holdings Sdn. Bhd., when he joined in 2007.
Mr. Goh Ming Chard
– Managing Director
He graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1993. He was attached to JAS Metal Coatings, Molex Singapore Pte. Ltd., and PPT Vision (S) Pte. Ltd. prior to Zloty Holdings Sdn. Bhd.. He also ventured into engineering contract works in 1996. His years of practical experience in the projects overseen by other companies had attributed to the successful completion of the varied multi-discipline projects undertaken by Zloty Holdings Sdn. Bhd in Ballasted Double Track Construction under KTMB and in Non-Ballasted Slab Track Construction on Viaduct and Underground in MRT2 and LRT3.
Mr. Goh Ming Hun
– Executive Director, Business Development
He graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1995. And in 2004, he graduated from University Putra Malaysia with a Master’s in Business Administration (General Management). His prior experience at Siemens Electrical Engineering, Hewlett Packard Sales (M) Sdn. Bhd. and IBM has provided him a firm engineering and marketing foundation to build Zloty Holdings Sdn. Bhd. business. He was instrumental and successful in the award of the numerous engineering contracts for Zloty Holdings Sdn. Bhd. since 1998. He is responsible for marketing and business development activities for Zloty Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
